Restaurant General Manager
Compensation : $68-70K Base Salary + up to 12K in Bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring outstanding service, food quality, and operational efficiency.
- Hire, train, and mentor a dynamic team of hospitality professionals.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to implement strategic goals and drive both guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Maintain exceptional standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments.
- Oversee budgets, inventory, and sales performance to achieve financial goals and sustain growth
