We're the fastest-growing European fintech in 2025 and are trusted by Europe's most ambitious platforms like Wolt, Delivery Hero, Just Eat Takeaway, Guesty, and FREENOW.Join our global team of builders who are nerdy, relentless, and obsessed with solving hard problems that others will not.In This Role, You WillAnalyze key drivers of the business and support strategic decision-making with rigorous financial analysis.Drive complex, cross-functional projects involving Capital Markets, Finance, Product, and Tech.Support financing transactions, ongoing investor communication, and reporting.Own and continuously improve forecasting models and performance tracking processes.Help design and implement financial and operational processes as the company scales.Prepare high-quality internal and external reporting, including Board materials.Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership and operational decision-making.What You'll Need To Rock This2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or top-tier management consultingIntellectually curious, fast-learning, and thrive on solving complex problemsYou are hands-on and action-oriented; you're not afraid to build slides one hour and join a client call the nextComfort operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving prioritiesStrong analytical and financial modelling skills with a high bar for quality and precisionA structured way of thinking combined with the ability to translate analysis into actionThe resilience to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingClear, concise communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholdersFluency in English; German is a plusHave a bias for ownership; you treat the business like it's your ownGrowth PathAt finmid, growth follows ownership and impact rather than a fixed path.
