Hybrid Provider Quality & Risk Adjustment Consultant
University of Minnesota School of Nursing
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Quality & Risk Adjustment Provider Consultant to support providers with value-based agreements. You will review data and identify opportunities to improve Quality (HEDIS/Stars) and Risk Adjustment coding, and lead provider discussions to drive actionable improvement plans.
The role requires strong medical coding expertise, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate complex information into clear guidance for cross-functional teams.
