WEBSITE UPDATES-Contractor shall update TRANSIT websites in a time and manner directed by TRANSIT--
Monthly, quarterly and adhoc updates
Contractor staff shall be on call for emergencies and urgent updates
Contractor shall perform updates within hours of NJT's request. If a requested update will take more than hours to perform contractor will notify TRANSIT immediately and schedule the update as soon as reasonably possible.
Website update shall include posting updates to the staging environment, obtaining NJT approval and moving updates to production.

CREATIVE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Contractor shall provide support for all the TRANSIT website properties in a time and manner directed by TRANSIT, including the following:
Contractor shall provide, if necessary, digital creative, design, and management services at TRANSIT's direction.
Contractor shall perform responsive coding, i.e., ensure that the websites display properly across all devices, including desktop computers, tablets, and phones.
