About the Position

• Tuesday - Thursday, 7 am - 5 pm -- 10-hour shifts, no call
• 12 - 14 patients per shift
• SNF and long-term care facility -- on-campus shifts only
• Dedicated APP support provided
• Geriatric and medically complex patient population
• Palliative care, dementia, and frailty management required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Ongoing assignment
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
