1st Shift Reach Truck Forklift Driver *Cooler & Freezer Only Facility*

Position Overview Keep our communities fed. Forklift Operators help support this mission by replenishing product levels to ensure items can be easily accessed in the warehouse. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation. Location: 3100 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, Texas 77021. Shift: 1st shift (Sunday–Friday, 5 days on/2 days off). Full time. Pay: $18.00 per hour, up to $27.25 with additional incentive earnings and premiums. Includes a $1.50 cooler/freezer premium and incentive and attendance pay once qualified. Responsibilities Operate a forklift to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse. Accurately track inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology. Stack and rotate merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment. Replenish pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. Stage finished product in designated storage areas. Load and unload merchandise from trailers. Follow all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse. Occasionally perform safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels. Physical Demands Continually standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift. Frequently lifting product weighing between1–60lb. or more, from floor to overhead. Work may involve multiple levels of varying height and safe handling of sharp objects including box‑cutting tools. Benefits Paid training provided. Weekly pay. Work Environment Perishable (refrigerated): about 28–60°F. Frozen: about –20–0°F. Qualifications One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment. Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures. Team‑oriented outlook with a passion for helping others. Desire to work with a team to support causes that positively impact our communities. Ability and willingness to follow material handling equipment safe operating procedures. General equivalency diploma – General Studies or high school diploma – General Studies (minimum). Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
