Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is hiring a Recruiter to support Talent Acquisition in Franklin, KY. This onsite, full-time role focuses on end-to-end hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers to align staffing needs with the right candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience. You will manage recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer and onboarding, using multiple recruiting channels and structured assessment to recommend qualified candidates for open roles. Key Responsibilities Lead full cycle recruitment , including sourcing, screening, extending offers, and supporting onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Use a range of recruiting channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events , to attract candidates. Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and recommend candidates to hiring managers. Maintain candidate relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across the hiring process. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed. Requirements 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting (staffing experience is preferred). Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .
