Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is growing and seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Care Caregivers to join our award-winning team serving West Bend and the surrounding communities. Whether you're looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, we offer flexible day, evening, and overnight schedules designed to fit your lifestyle while providing meaningful work that truly makes a difference. As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide personalized one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love. Every shift is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while delivering comfort, companionship, dignity, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one support that enhances each client's quality of life while promoting safety, independence, and dignity.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Support individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
• Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
