Wound Care Physician – No Call, Zero Overhead We are a leading national wound care physician group seeking motivated MDs and DOs who want to step off the hospital treadmill, leave the legal and administrative burnout behind, and get back to practicing pure medicine. As a mobile wound care physician and independent contractor, you will provide critical, hands‑on care to a vulnerable geriatric population in nursing facilities. You make the clinical decisions. Full‑time physicians earn an average starting pay of $220,000 – $250,000 annually, with the potential to earn up to $300,000+ through additional services, performance‑based bonuses, and no earning cap. Say Goodbye to Data‑Entry Burnout: We use a custom software system designed to drastically reduce administrative and documentation time, so you can focus on treating patients. Compensation & Comprehensive Support We invest heavily in our physicians so you feel confident and supported from day one. Pay Structure: Per‑patient visit pay, per‑procedure pay. Bonus Program: Quarterly bonus program with potential to earn up to 30% extra income. Company‑Provided Training: Comprehensive wound care training, including biannual CME conferences. Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Active, clear, and unrestricted Texas medical license. Active and unrestricted DEA license.
