Responsibilities:
- Creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service and cleanliness to O2 Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
- Greeting every member and guest with a smile, warm welcome.
- Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a variety of questions.
- Signing guests up for memberships and scheduling members for personal training orientation.
- Assisting with billing questions and handling member concerns.
- Assisting the housekeeping team and ensuring the cleanliness of the club.
- Refilling paper products, disinfectant bottles, folding towels and making sure all areas of the club are fully stocked.
- Inventory management of drinks, cooler goods, and protein bars.
- Merchandising products and keeping the cooler stocked.
Experience:
- High school graduate is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the members expectations.

Average pay rate of $13.27 per hour
