R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is hiring a Full-Time Associate Dentist
The mission-oriented practice seeks a Full-Time Associate Dentist. A large, multi-practice organization with a strong mission to provide quality dental care to underserved families is seeking General Dentist.As a Dentist, you will be changing the lives of children and adults who often do not have access to affordable, quality dental care. This opportunity provides:
- Guaranteed base pay in excess of 200k with uncapped earning potential
- Sign on bonus
- Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000/month
- No lab fees
- FT providers are eligible to participate in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA
- Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans are paid for by company
- 401(k) Retirement Plan
- Company paid malpractice insurance coverage
- Paid holidays and time off
- Continuing Education reimbursements
- CE offered through ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P)
- Reimbursements for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues such as ADA and/or AAPD memberships

Requirements:
Successful completion of dental training at a four (4) year,
accredited Dental School and received a DMD or DDS degree. With more than 160 locations in 17 states and a variety of practice types, our client can provide unique access to job opportunities to help build a more fulfilling career.
