Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Whitehall region seeking Bookkeepers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidatesnot just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable for manufacturing operations.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Process payroll for factory and administrative staff, ensuring accurate wage and hour tracking.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, specific to manufacturing costs.
• Assist with inventory valuation and cost accounting for raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Bookkeeper or similar financial role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and their application to manufacturing cost accounting.
• Proven ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions accurately and efficiently.
• Experience with inventory accounting and reconciliation, including understanding of standard costing and variance analysis.
