You’ll operate with the support of a proven system, comprehensive training, and a global community of high‑performing leaders — while maintaining the independence to structure your own workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured phone and Zoom interviews with qualified prospects

• Guide aligned individuals into high‑value leadership and personal development programs

• Implement simple digital marketing strategies to maintain consistent lead flow

• Facilitate online Q&A sessions and support prospects through the decision process

• Build long‑term client relationships and mentor new partners

• Participate in weekly professional development and leadership training

Ideal Candidate

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 7 + years’ experience in leadership, high‑ticket sales, recruitment, coaching, or corporate management

• A proven ability to work independently and drive your own performance

• Strong communication skills across phone, Zoom, and digital platforms

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram (advantageous)
