Key responsibilities Build scalable operational systems and workflows for law firms Design KPI dashboards and establish accountability rhythms Coach business owners to enhance operational efficiency and reduce owner-dependence Required qualifications 12+ years of operational leadership experience Direct experience working with founders or business owners Full responsibility for business operations in organizations with $1M to $35M+ in annual revenue Successful track record in building systems, KPIs, and accountability Strong financial and operational business acumen
