Property Accountant

ICG is a private real estate investment group providing accredited investors with attractive investment opportunities. We are seeking a Property Accountant to join our team. This is an opportunity to be a part of an amazing team at our corporate office in downtown Seattle. What’s in it for you? Aside from our generous benefits packages (medical, dental, vision) Company paid basic life insurance Paid vacation and sick leave Job Duties: Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for multiple properties Monthly bank reconciliations Work with property managers to ensure activities are recorded accurately for month end Prepare journal entries and ensure general ledger activity is accurate Review AP for accuracy and process vendor payments Work with auditors at year end Other assigned duties as needed Property management accounting experience preferred (GL, AR, AP and monthly reporting) Experience with Yardi a plus Bachelor’s degree in accounting finance or related field preferred Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr Investors Capital Group
