Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company van to transport items and material between buildings and locations.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments.
• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or other equipment.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production or shipping areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Properly label, package, and store materials.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and requirements.
• Perform inventory and work order transactions in Oracle to ensure transactional and inventory accuracy are achieved. Complete paperwork, inventory transactions, and computer-based records as needed.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
• Work with warehouse, production, shipping, and purchasing teams.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required or provided by the employer.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Basic computer and inventory-system skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a physically demanding environment.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or other formal training in related field preferred.
• At least two years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to lift materials commonly weighing 2550+ pounds, depending on the facility.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment safely.
• Ability to operate and drive company shuttle van.
• Must wear required PPE /safety gear, such as goggles and gloves, when handling box cutters or similar tools.

For candidates based in Minnesota: The pay range is $17.12 - $29.09 hourly, non-exempt plus shift differential, if applicable.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
