Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver , you will play an essential role in supporting clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Providing medication reminders
• Supporting clients with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
• Maintaining professional and compassionate communication with clients and families

Caregiver Requirements

• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required
• Willingness to complete paid training provided by the company
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
• Honest, reliable, and caring personality
• Strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others
