We are looking for two driven roofing sales professionals who know how to prospect, build relationships, close business and capitalize on storm opportunities. This is not a salaried position built around simply waiting for company leads. We are looking for producers. If you have the drive and ability to build a $1M+ book of roofing business, we want to give you the platform, support and earning potential to do it. Compensation 8–12% commission on completed jobs , subject to final compensation plan and profitability requirements. What You'll Do Prospect residential neighborhoods impacted by recent hail Generate your own roofing opportunities Work qualified opportunities generated by our canvassing team Perform inspections and meet with homeowners Build trust and educate homeowners throughout the roofing process Develop accurate scopes and proposals with company support Present and close roofing contracts Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospects Build referral business within neighborhoods Work with insurance-related roofing opportunities when applicable Maintain required job profitability and pricing standards Build neighborhood density around active Kapella Roofing projects Who We're Looking For We are especially interested in people who can demonstrate a history of producing $1M+ annually in roofing or comparable outside sales. Roofing and storm-restoration experience is strongly preferred, but we will consider exceptional outside-sales performers with a demonstrated record of success. What Success Looks Like We aren't looking for someone satisfied with a few jobs per month. We want someone who wants to become a $1M+ producer and keep growing from there. The right salesperson will aggressively work opportunities, create their own pipeline, close profitable projects, develop referrals and turn every completed roof into additional opportunities in the surrounding neighborhood.
