CNC Machinist Warehouse

CNC Machine operator needed at local fan manufacturer. 1st shift is 6am-2:30pm M-F. Pay is based on experience, starting at $16.00/hour. Job Duties include but not limited to reading and interpreting applicable work orders, blueprints and shop drawings, read and use precision measuring instruments, set up and operate machines found in the Machine Shop, place raw material and product parts in proper location for machining, and operate controls on machines to perform the production processes needed to fabricate product parts.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required to obtain maximum progression level. Completion of a Machine Shop course from a vocational technical school is preferred but not required. Language and Mathematical Skills: Able to read and understand documents such as work and safety rules, operating instructions and procedures. Accuracy in reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints and shop drawings is essential. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals as needed. Physical Demands: Material handling requires lifting up to 45lbs without assistance, continuous reaching out or up, occasional listing at shoulder height or down, lifting, twisting, bending or stooping from waist level, some pushing and pulling may be required.

Must have verifiable experience on most CNC, Engine lathe, Drill press multi head, Turret lathe, Centerless grinders, Vertical and Horizontal bandsaw, Pipe cutting machine, Tube bender, Reaming machine, Tapping machine, Milling machine NC mill, Shaft Straightener, Cut off machine, Broaching machine, Arbor press machines, G Code.
