VIP IT Support & Branch Escalation Specialist

TDECU in Houston, Texas is seeking a dual-role position delivering technology support for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors as well as escalating support for branch operations. This role requires troubleshooting of devices, maintenance of VIP device readiness, and creation of documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of IT support experience. Flexibility to support meetings outside of standard hours is necessary.
