Responsible for folding and organizing a variety of laundered items. Duties require standing for extended periods and performing repetitive movements such as bending, stooping, lifting, reaching, and sorting items. Maintains quality standards while ensuring products are properly folded, stacked, and prepared for distribution in a fast-paced production environment.

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified. Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Experience Requirements Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance. Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required. Dependable and punctual Good communication skills

Job Duties

• Fold and organize a variety of laundered linen items
• Sort, stack, and prepare products for distribution
• Maintain quality standards while processing laundry items
• Inspect folded products for accuracy and presentation
• Work efficiently in a production environment to meet daily goals
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, and sorting motions
• Work in a fast-paced environment
