Assistant Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead a busy retail store and ensure seamless daily operations. You will manage customer service, inventory, and sales while creating a positive and engaging shopping experience. This role also focuses on coaching and supporting a high-performing team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you play a key role in driving store success, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an outstanding experience for every customer. Responsibilities: • Keep the Store Manager informed about operational updates, team performance, and any store-related challenges • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for employees and customers • Evaluate employee performance, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and support professional growth • Monitor and mitigate potential security risks, including internal theft and shoplifting • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day store operations, including sales floor activities, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, customers, and management • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate team members and ensure accountability • High school diploma or equivalent required, or the ability to obtain one through The Excel Center • Experience fostering a positive and productive work environment • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance for travel between job sites Compensation: $17 hourly
