This role is essential to supporting the daily operations of a world-class facility and helps ensure our campus reflects the same level of quality found in the products we manufacture.Starting Pay: $19 per hourLocation: 910 Elm St, McKinney, TX 75069Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7 AM - 4 PMWhat You’ll DoIn this role, you will support grounds maintenance and campus beautification by:Gathering and removing litter; disposing of debris and waste from designated areasUsing hand tools such as rakes, shovels, pruning saws, and hedge trimmersOperating powered landscaping equipment including mowers, tractors, blowers, chain saws, and moreIrrigating landscaped areas including lawns, trees, and plant bedsTrimming and pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain healthy growthMowing and edging lawns using power equipmentFollowing landscaping plans to plant flowers, sod, grass, and seasonal foliageClearing sidewalks, parking areas, entrances, and pathways of debrisPerforming minor equipment maintenance, including refueling, lubrication, and cleaningAttending required training sessions and company eventsSupporting additional duties as needed to maintain the groundsWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious landscaping, horticulture, or groundskeeping experience (preferred)Ability to read and write in EnglishAbility to safely operate both hand tools and powered landscaping equipmentComfort working outdoors in varying weather conditionsPhysical ability to bend, lift, stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and work on your feet for extended periodsWork EnvironmentThis role is performed outdoors in all weather conditions and involves physically demanding activities across a large industrial campus.BenefitsPrysmian is proud to offer a comprehensive, competitive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceOn-site health clinic for employees and their families401(k) with company matchingPaid vacation and holidaysPrysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
