Embroidery Operator

Job Description Job Description Job Title: Embroidery Machine Operator Pay: $16/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating embroidery machines according to the daily production schedule. The ideal candidate will use their skills and attention to detail to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with both internal standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret daily production schedules and identify required materials Organize materials and prepare embroidery machinery for production Operate embroidery machines in a safe, efficient, and effective manner Ensure product quality through careful attention to detail and adherence to specifications Remove finished materials from machines without damage and place in designated areas Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or workplace concerns promptly Support a team-focused environment that promotes productivity and strong performance Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English Basic computer, math, and reading skills required Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with hand tools and production equipment preferred Company Description Connecting Companies with Good Employees, and Employees with Good Companies!!
