Looking for a team member with a flexible schedule. We are an open kitchen so being polite, friendly, and mindful are important characteristics! If you’re willing to learn the skill of cooking with fire we’re willing to teach you! if you have some experience that’s good too! We are closed for most major holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough and ingredients according to established recipes.
- Assemble pizzas accurately and efficiently for a mixed pizza menu.
- Operate and manage a wood-fired oven to achieve consistent cooking results.
- Cook pizzas and plate finished orders to presentation standards.
- Coordinate orders and prioritize tasks during high-volume service.
- Maintain food safety standards throughout preparation and service.
- Keep the pizza station and kitchen clean and sanitary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in pizza cooking.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knife skills.
- Time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
