Position Consumer Service Representative I – Consumer Service Department – Cortez, CO (On‑site) Responsibilities Primary contact for consumers, providing outstanding customer support and service. Independently resolve a variety of challenges with limited supervision. Handle incoming telephone calls or emails efficiently and accurately. Respond to product troubleshooting, sales orders, warranty replacements, and product specifications inquiries. Meet or trend toward required KPIs while delivering excellent customer service. Make recommendations to meet consumer needs and promote products to support company growth. Maintain a favorable image of the organization and uphold brand integrity. Answer phone and e‑mail inquiries to ensure consumer satisfaction. Check inventory and issue replacements or credits for damaged/defective products. Provide product information, including features and benefit details. Log all calls or emails accurately into the CRM (Kustomer or Oracle). Respond to consumer e‑mails and follow up, including making outbound calls. Skills Needed Consumer goods customer service experience. Experience with Bluetooth, App, and Wi‑Fi connectivity devices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint). Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to handle 12+ calls per hour. Dependability and promptness. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree. 1+ year(s) in call center or retail experience. Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range in Colorado: $15.16 – $20.00 per hour. This amount may vary based on location, experience, skill level, and performance.
