What You'll Do:

• Prepare high-quality food quickly and consistently—we don't cut corners.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and food-safe kitchen.
• Follow Chick-fil-A's strict food safety procedures to ensure every meal is served fresh and safe.
• Handle fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment with care and efficiency.
• Keep up with the rush while ensuring every meal is perfect.
• Work as a team to support each other in a high-energy kitchen environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Stay flexible and ready to serve wherever needed, always willing to go the extra mile for the team. (Other duties as assigned)
