Operations and Vendor Manager

Key Responsibilities Onboard and manage fashion designers and brands Build strong, ongoing relationships with designer partners Coordinate product information, pricing, inventory and availability Manage orders, dispatch timelines, logistics and deliveries Follow up with designers to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Coordinate returns, exchanges and operational issues Maintain vendor records and monitor performance Work closely with the e-commerce and customer experience teams Were Looking For Someone Who Has 2-5 years experience with fashion designers, multi-designer stores or e-commerce platforms Has experience in vendor onboarding and relationship management Is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable following up relentlessly Is a strong communicator and practical problem solver Can independently manage multiple designers, orders and deadlines Understands the pace and attention to detail required in fashion e-commerce #J-18808-Ljbffr Ritu & Company
