Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) hiring Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) is hiring for Senior Manufacturing Engineers to join the Production Engineering organization in North Charleston, SC. Position Senior Manufacturing Engineers will join the Production Engineering organization in North Charleston, SC. Responsibilities Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies. Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines. Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs while maintaining the program architecture for build. Lead and implement manufacturing plans. Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability aligns with requirements. Assist in providing producibility information for project plans and document best practices. Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions. Resolve technical problems that significantly impact performance, cost, or schedule. Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts. Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems. Implement lean principles and technologies. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. 7+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Experience related to the development, selection, and/or revision of parts, materials, and process specifications for production testing, electrical subsystems, aircraft interiors, and other aircraft systems. Experience in planning and production control processes. Experience with 787 structures and/or systems.
