Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Neonatal ICU will provide high-quality and compassionate care to critically ill newborns. This role requires expertise in neonatal care, ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and a commitment to the well-being of patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to neonates in a critical care setting.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate families regarding the care and health of their infant.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 12 months of recent Neonatal Level III experience.
• Active BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license required at the time of submission.
• One reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty required.
