Competitive Compensation Referral Program Flexible Schedules & Ample Product Discounts Opportunities for Growth across 5 Successful Brands What You’ll Do Maintain a clean taproom by clearing empty glasses, plates, silverware, and other items from a table to ensure a pleasurable dining experience and efficient turnover of tables for new guests. Visually inspect all food leaving the expo, ensuring proper plating, sauce application, and presentation; and return any incorrect or improperly cooked orders to the kitchen for correction. Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to guests. Maintain appropriate levels of inventory/product for the bar, changing kegs when required. Assist with other tasks such as cleaning the dining area, restocking server stations, and rolling silverware. Assist guests and servers/bartenders with other hospitality functions as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking For Must be at least 18 years of age (17 allowed in certain counties). Previous experience as a server assistant, utility, or food runner preferred. Must maintain a positive attitude while working with a sense of urgency. Must be able to multitask. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Contribute to overall taproom and kitchen cleanliness. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds. Must be able to lift, move, and carry kegs weighing up to 60 pounds.
