Medical Staff Program Assistant

Department of Health and Human Services

Duties

Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares travel authorizations and vouchers.

Coordinates new employee orientation for all medical staff and assists with Human Resource requirements and provider enrollment.

Coordinates annual recruitment of providers, residents, and medical students.

Assists with the management of Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement projects for medical staff.

Initiates pay documents including Title 38 contracts, Recruitment bonus, Retention bonus, and Relocation bonus.
