We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Role Type Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) Pay $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Continuously monitors, implements, and adheres to all company goals, policies, procedures, and controls Assists golf professionals with checking in golfers and maintaining a properly functioning tee sheet and pace of play Assists with receiving merchandise and adheres to purchase order procedures Assists with the rotation of shop displays Maintains an organized stockroom and assists the buyer and other shop assistants with inventory and golf shop cleanliness Assists with pricing merchandise Assists with maintaining proper inventory counts and levelsProvides service in every way possible, going the extra mile to meet guest expectations Performs other duties as requested by the Head Professional Education/Experience/Certification Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to fluently speak and write English Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping Exposure to hot and cold temperatures Must be able to stand for extended periods Must be able to operate a golf car in a safe manner Normal vision and hearing required Benefits & Other Compensation Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Time Off – Sick leave and leaves of absence, in accordance with Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
