Golf Market Manager

Overview The Golf Market Manager is responsible and accountable for the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of effective, customer focused, and commercially accepted Strategic Marketing Plans providing short term (0-3 years) strategy for the professional golf market segment. The Marketing Plans include all aspects relating to fungicide products, pricing, positioning, promotion, project, and portfolio management. Responsibilities Lead in conceptualization, planning, and implementation of Strategic Marketing Plans for the professional golf market segment that are customer focused and commercially accepted, with short term (0-3 years) strategy. Develop and manage marketing plans including fungicide products, pricing, positioning, promotion, project, and portfolio management. Qualifications B.S. with 5+ years of experience or an M.S. in Plant Pathology, Agronomy, Botany or related discipline with a working knowledge of plant pathogens of major crops and their control; specific experience with crop protection compounds is an advantage but not required. Tax and Audit Responsibilities Lead in tracking U.S. tax attributes to assist in U.S. tax reporting and international tax planning including earnings and profit pools, tax pools, tax basis in corporate and partnership structures, and foreign tax credits. Lead international audit for IRS exams and provide audit support for foreign tax audits. Information Security and Resilience Establish and maintain the information security program to ensure that information assets and associated technology, applications, systems, infrastructure, and processes are adequately protected in the digital ecosystem in which we operate. This includes owning all standards, policies, and procedures that help protect the organization’s assets. Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and reporting on IT, and cybersecurity risk to information assets, while supporting and advancing business objectives.
