Position Summary As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering the outstanding guest experience Kilwins is known for. You’ll support the team, maintain our high standards of quality and service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere where both guests and team members feel valued. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. Assist in training and coaching team members to maintain Kilwins’ commitment to quality. Support inventory management and ensure product freshness and presentation. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and care. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Required Skills and Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
