DriVen Line CookThe Hilton Garden Inn Corning Downtown, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Line Cook for our on-site restaurant.As a Line Cook, you will prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring that the food is of high quality and meets our hotel's standards. You will work closely with the Lead Cook and other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and dessertsFollow recipes and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standardsEnsure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and is safe for consumptionMaintain a clean and organized kitchen, including all equipment and utensilsAssist with inventory management and ordering of suppliesWork closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely and efficient mannerFollow all health and safety guidelines and regulationsWhat are we looking for?
