Help power snack deliveries through automation

At FritoLay’s Geographic Enterprise Solutions (GES) automated warehouse, your work keeps fan-favorite products moving. Start in our Picker/Loader role and grow with us—this position can open doors across FritoLay and PepsiCo.

Picture this: orders drop into your queue; you pick the right items with required technology, keep label/print systems clear of jams, and run the ACE (auto case erector) to feed the line. You organize recyclable cartons and return usable ones to the GES system, guide carts safely through the facility and into trailers, and load by cart or by stacking cases on trailer floors. You also help distribute product, support the weekly inventory, and uphold cleanliness—sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and taking out trash when needed.

We run 24/7. Expect a non-traditional schedule. The work is hands-on and fast-paced—you’ll be on your feet the entire shift.

• Age 18 or older
• Ready to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts
• Strength to lift 15–50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Stamina to stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Mobility to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Comfort working at heights using ladders or lifts
• Readiness to work in extreme temperatures and humidity, around loud/hazardous equipment, and on slippery surfaces
