Factors that may be used to determine rate of pay include specific skills, work location, work experience and other individualized factors**JOB SUMMARY** The Inventory Control Associate maintains the organization, proper rotation, and accuracy of the inventory. This is a hands-on role for inventory control and will work closely with the Quality Control department to minimize shrink.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Daily cycle counts with perpetual inventory* Daily checks on dated inventory and rotation* Research inventory discrepancies and adjusts variances* Process inventory transfers and other adjustments requested by Merchandising department* Research short sheet discrepancies**QUALIFICATIONS****Education** High School Diploma or G.E.D **Experience** Entry Level Position **Skills*** Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Word and Excel* Basic mathematical operations (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Detail-oriented**BENEFITS INFORMATION:**For information on Sysco’s Benefits, please visit is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
