ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead a team of six. I've been with State Farm since 1986, with experience in both agency operations and the corporate side of the business. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, surfing, hiking, following college sports, and spending time with my family.

As a Customer Service Representative with Richard Skipper - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
