Job Description:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients and their newborns.

Monitor and assess labor progress and fetal well-being.

Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Educate patients and families regarding childbirth and newborn care.

Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records.

Compliance / Notes:

Candidates must have NY license at time of submission; certifications must be current prior to starting.

Healthstream modules completion required before orientation.

Modules must be completed by the designated deadline to avoid orientation issues.
