As a Sales Associate at Scrubs & Beyond, your main goal is to understand our customers' needs and guide them to the best products that fulfill those needs. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service that not only enhances the shopping experience but also drives sales. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and modeling selling best practices Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers Execute closing and opening duties as assigned Demonstrate Kindthread Core Values at all times Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards Essential Qualifications 0-2 years of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months (previous retail experience preferred) Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. PT 12-29 hours weekly Preferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities) Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers and drive sales Has collaborative skills and the ability to work well within a team Strong time management and organizational skills Physical Demands Constantly standing and walking Constantly reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping Frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching Frequently lifting up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds Occasionally climbing and descending ladders and step stools #J-18808-Ljbffr Scrubs & Beyond
