Delivery Driver

Delivery drivers distribute products promptly to our stores/customers. Drivers represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner aiming at increasing profitability through efficiency and store satisfaction. Communication with customers can include but not limited to, providing information regarding product benefits, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience in the store, and keeping the store in presentable manner.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different store addresses and through different routes
• Follow route and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Complete logs and reports when required
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service

• Satisfactorily complete training and continuing education provided by Hometown Pharmacies

Physical Demands:

• Lifting and delivering boxes and totes of product in all weather conditions
• Driving or sitting for long periods of time
