Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and UNFCU's Code of Ethics & Business Conduct.This position is onsite.NYC Salary Range - $44,720 - $46,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.What You'll DoRegardless of seniority or role, uphold UNFCU's mission, core values, and guiding principles by providing an exceptional service experience to colleagues and members alike through consistent demonstration of our service excellence behaviors.Utilize the service excellence model to provide a memorable member experience at each touch point.Ensure accurate processing of transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, share drafts, money orders, cashing of checks, loan payments and foreign currency transactions (buy and sell foreign currency), while maintaining confidentiality of members' accounts and ensuring the security of all cash in accordance with credit union procedures.Replenish ATMs, TCRs and coin machines as needed.Reconcile and complete any needed back up work, at the end of the day; ensure safekeeping in the vault.Keep abreast of changing/new regulations, UNFCU products, procedures and technology.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.Uphold UNFCU's compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering policies and procedures, including:Maintain awareness of and report suspicious activityComplete all relevant BSA reports promptly and accurately (e.g. CTRs, SARs)Complete annual BSA/AML/OFAC trainingWhat We're SeekingHigh School diploma or equivalent1 to 2 years of cash handling experienceBasic knowledge of financial branch procedures and practicesComputer proficiency and working knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent organizational skills and service orientationStrong oral & written communication skillsWhat Makes You Stand OutBilingual in Spanish or French preferred.Who We AreUNFCU is a global not-for-profit financial institution that serves the UN community.
