Property Manager - Commercial Real Estate

Conduct property inspections and resolve tenant issues. Manage contractor bids and contracts. Perform move-in/move-out walk-throughs and space upfits. Ensure compliance with required inspections and lease terms. Review and approve invoices, track rent payments, and manage accounts receivable. Prepare annual budgets, variance reports, and assist with year-end reconciliations. Oversee transition of new properties from construction to management.
