Production Operator

Position Production Operator Job Location Waterloo, WI Starting Date Immediate Employment Term Temp-to-Hire Employment Type Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) 3rd Shift (10:00pm 6:30am) Starting Pay Depends on Experience, $21-$24 per hour Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education High School Diploma/GED Required Experience At least 1 years of experience Responsibilities Assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of equipment. Daily operation of Fluid Bed Dryer and associated equipment, with the intermittent assistance of one support. Visually inspect equipment during operation and measure process/product performance to ensure specifications are met. Perform machine adjustments necessary during the batch run as required to ensure safe operations while maximizing quality and efficiency. Complete paperwork during and after production. Weigh and add ingredients. Qualifications Ideal candidate has 3 years of work experience in a GMP manufacturing environment. Technical Associates Degree and/or pertinent operations experience preferred Availability to work extended hours, including varying shifts on occasion (1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift, as needed). Knowledge or willingness to learn human/machine interface technology. Forklift certification and/or willingness to gain forklift certification.
