This job requires frequent trips to locations in the territory and the office. This is not a remote position.

Job Description: Prepare a scope of work, create an estimate, embrace AI technology to write and review estimates. Verify and make changes to estimates, garner approvals, and meet the changing demands of our customers and insurance carriers.

Responsibilities:

• Create and assist in the estimating process for Xactimate construction projects
• Manage multiple platforms for estimate requirements
• Touch every job every day and keep the job moving and get the estimate approved
• Educate customers on process
• Assist with other estimating duties as assigned by the estimating HUB manager
• Identify and document project scope of work
• Maintain customer, client, and third party communications

Qualifications:

• Superb customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication
• Experience in restoration and/or construction estimating is a must
• High school diploma/GED (Degree Preferred)
• Experience in the construction project management field
• Proficient in Xactimate
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Primarily a desk jockey and on the road in our territories visiting losses

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
