You're setting the tone for every guest who walks through our doors. As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you are the face of the brand. You're the first impression, the warm welcome, and the reason guests come back. You'll educate guests on our services and products, keep the front desk running smoothly, and help build a center culture that people genuinely love being part of. We're Ballast Wax, a fast-growing multi-unit EWC franchisee.
