Flexible PRN Home Health PT On the Road

$75 per hour

ALC Health Care Services

ALC Home Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide on-the-road PT services in the Orland Hills, IL area. You will perform therapy per physician plans, assess patient status, and coordinate with caregivers and the Home Health Director.

Positions offer flexibility, with per-visit rates of $75 for standard visits and $85 for evaluations. The role includes scheduling support and travel reimbursements to help manage patient visits.
