Registered Behavior Technician Part Time (PM shift)

Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team on a part time basis (12 to 20 hours per week). The RBT will be available to work afternoons on weekdays. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and interventions. Key Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy techniques in a clinic setting Collect and record data via electronic data collection platform on learner progress Complete session notes in a timely and accurate manner Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed Communicate empathetically and effectively with learners, families, and team members Maintain a safe and supportive environment for learners Qualifications Current RBT certification (must provide RBT number) High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols Professional Development Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Access to workshops and seminars Mentorship from experienced BCBAs Opportunities for career advancement within the organization Salary $23 to $24 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
