Summary: The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing direct resident care through evaluation and treatment of resident's injuries of illness.

Current licensed physical therapist license in Pennsylvania preferred at hire or will accept a temporary practice permit (must be licensed in 3 months of hire).

CPR certification within a year of hire.

Previous LTC experience preferred.
